Getting Help

If you log in as a Teacher or Student, you can access the Help pages by clicking the Help link displayed at the top of every page. This link is context-sensitive - in other words, it should display a Help page which is relevant to the job your are trying to do.

So to access Help effectively, we suggest that you log in to at the login page, then click the Help link at the top of the following page.

Help with Logging In

Both Teachers and Students should log in at the login page.


if you have purchased a subscription to, and cannot log in, please check your username and password. If you are still unable to log in, please contact for assistance.

If your account is a free Demo Account, and you are unable to log in, your account has probably expired. Demo Accounts expire, and are deleted, after 1-2 weeks. Click here for more information about Demo Accounts.


If you cannot log in, please check your username and password with your teacher. Your teacher should be able to tell you the correct username and password for you to log in.
